The studio is located close Aljezur / Arrifana, in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park - one of Europe´s most stunning coastlines, known for beautiful, vast beaches, great surf and a wild, jungelish hinterland. Accomodation can be found nearby - there´s a great variety to choose from even within walking distance.

The practice space has a beautiful wooden floor and catches the first rays of sun in the morning. It comfortably fits 16 yoga mats. We provide high quality mats, blocks & blankets, flipchart & whiteboard and a speedy & stable wifi connection - suitable for online streaming.  

In the kitchen/reception there´s always fresh herbal tea as well as excellent, filtered water available for you and your participants.

The beautiful beaches & cliffs of Arrifana, Monte Clerigo and Amoreira are easy to access and from the studio´s terrace you can see the atlantic ocean - the picturesque fishermen settlement and beach of Arrifana are just 2km away.

Very close to the shala you can find a great variety of accomodation options also for groups.

Next door to the yoga studio you find some of the best restaurants of the area and in the village of Aljezur (7 km) there´s everything you need like supermarkets, cafés & restaurants, an organic shop and a local farmers market on saturdays.
